What do I need for the video call?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection. The link opens directly in your browser; you do not need to install anything or create an account.
How do I pay from outside Spain?
By bank transfer in euros (we provide IBAN and SWIFT/BIC). From outside the euro area, choose the "OUR" charges option or use a service such as Wise so the full amount arrives. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp with your reference.
When do online consultations take place?
The doctor sets aside specific evenings (Spain time) for online consultations. The calendar shows the free slots for the coming weeks in Spain time and in your local time — evening slots in Spain are convenient for the UK and Ireland and in the early afternoon for North America.
Can I get a prescription from the online consultation?
The online consultation is for assessing your case and advising on treatment. If you need medication, surgery or tests, we will explain how to proceed: with your own doctor at home or in person in Santander.
What happens if I decide to have surgery in Santander?
